Dear friends As Salaam Wa aliakum

Can we please debate without bashing and slandering another faith, before you type your response, just stop for a moment and think, how would you feel, if another person was saying the same thing about your faith, do you really have to slander and bash Catholic faith to get across your point. Lately some of you have decided it is an open game to attack Catholics, Christians & Muslims, without thinking about how many people's feeling you are hurting. Whether you agree with another belief or not, it does not give you a right to hurt other's feelings,.
Specially muslim brothers and sisters should be very careful about that, Dawah is providing info on Islam in the best of manners and speech, not putting down other faiths. Please try to be sensitive about others, this is an open forum, a lot more people read your post's than just the one's debating with you. May Allah(swt) guide us all.

When you are posting on this site.

Its so easy to get into a fight.

I try to imagine as I type away.

You are sitting not two feet away.

If I put my thoughts into prose.

You wont punch me on the nose.

Thanks Faaz,   I hope this reminder helps. We have to remember that there are real people, with feelings, on the other side of the text we read on the PC screen. If we wouldn't say something in anger, sarcasm, spite, etc. to someone's face then we shouldn't behave so poorly here. At least we get a moment to review our post and reflect on how we have said what we want to say BEFORE we click the Post Reply button.

I am all for this motion and i want to assure all the forum members that the moderators and the forum responsibles take your complaints seriously.

We aim to provide a nice environment for healthy interesting debate . May be it gets hot sometimes but it shoudnt get off limits. I recently have seen some things go off limits againts our christian friends .

It is not what we are ordered to be as muslims to become aggressive and it isnt the way of the prophet.  I hope every one remains in this forum  with a pure intent of making this world a more understanding place and a more calmer place.

May you all have happiness,
