Prophet (saw) said: "On the Day of Resurrection, my followers will be called, "Ghurrul Muhajjaleen', the bright armed and bright faced, from the traces of ablution/ wudu on them. Therefore whosoever can increase the area of his radiance, should try to do so by always performing ablution/ wudu before the prayers " [Bukhari-Kitabul Wudu]]

Hadith Qudsi
On the authority of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), who said that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: Our Lord (glorified and exalted be He) descends each night to the earth's sky when there remains the final third of the night, and He says: Who is saying a prayer to Me that I may answer it? Who is asking something of Me that I may give it him? Who is asking forgiveness of Me that I may forgive him? It was related by al-Bukhari (also by Muslim, Malik, at-Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud). In a version by Muslim the Hadith ends with the words: And thus He continues till [the light of] dawn shines. |

Umar ibn Al-Khattab RA said: Captives were brought to the Prophet
{Sallal lahu alaihi wasallam}after a battle. Among them was a woman
desperately searching for something. When she laid her eyes on a baby
she immediately picked it up, clutched it to her breast and started
feeding it. Thereupon, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)
asked, "Do you think this woman would throw her child into a fire?" We
said, "Never! By Allah!" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)
then said, "Allah is more merciful to His slaves than this woman is to
her child." (Muslim)

It is reported by 'Anas (ra) that the Prophet (pbuh) said: A person cannot be a true Muslim unless he wants the same for his brother as he wants for himself.

'Ali reported Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) as saying: A Muslim owes to a fellow Muslim six favors: he should salute him when he meets him; accept his invitation when he gives one; say "Allah have mercy on you" when he sneezes; visit him when he is ill; follow his funeral procession when he dies, and love for him what he loves for himself.
(Narrated by 'Ibnu Majah wa At-Tirmidhi) |

Narrated 'Aisha: Allah's Apostle said, "If anyone of you feels drowsy while praying he should go to bed (sleep) till his slumber is over because in praying while drowsy one does not know whether one is asking for forgiveness or for a bad thing for oneself."Just want to add to it. This hadith is strictly referring to Salatul Tahajjud, because it is the (optional but highly recommended) late night prayer, which is done in the last third of the night. 5-If one gets sleepy while performing Tahajjud one should sleep. This is due to the hadith narrated by `A’ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) as she quoted Allah’s Messenger as saying: "When one of you gets up during the night for prayer and his Qur'anic recital gets mixed up to the extent that he does not know what he says, he should lie down." This is related by Muslim. tahajjud: Virtues and Way of Performance |

Narrated Anas bin Malik: The Prophet said, "Be straight in the prostrations and none of you should put his forearms on the ground (in the prostration) like a dog." - bukhari |

Anas reported Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) as saying: Nurse no grudge,
nurse no aversion and do not sever ties of kinship and live like
fellow-brothers as servants of Allah. This hadith has been narrated on
the authority of Shu'ba with the same chain of transmitters but with
this addition:" As Allah has commanded you." (Book #032, Hadith #6209)

Muslim (2565) narrated from Abu Hurayrah (may Allaah be
pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of
Allaah be upon him) said: “The gates of Paradise are opened on Mondays and
Thursdays, and every slave who does not associate anything with Allaah is
forgiven, except a man between whom and his brother is some grudge. It is
said: Wait for these two until they reconcile, wait for these two until they
reconcile, wait for these two until they reconcile.” This is an important
hadeeth that points to the seriousness of severing ties and bearing grudges,
and shows that they are impediments to forgiveness.

Narrated Abu Huraira: A man asked the Prophet, "O Allah's Apostle! What kind of charity is the best?" He replied. "To give in charity when you are healthy and greedy hoping to be wealthy and afraid of becoming poor. Don't delay giving in charity till the time when you are on the death bed when you say, 'Give so much to so-and-so and so much to so-and so,' and at that time the property is not yours but it belongs to so-and-so (i.e. your inheritors)." -bukhari
