Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said:

“On the Day of Judgment, God will announce, ‘Where are those who love each other for the sake of My pleasure?

This day I am going to shelter them in the shade provided by Me. Today there is no shade except My shade.
”

(Hadith in Sahih Muslim)

Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said:

“The example of a good pious companion and an evil one is that of a person carrying musk and another blowing a pair of bellows.

The one who is carrying musk will either give you some perfume as a present, or you will buy some from him, or you will get a good smell from him, but the one who is blowing a pair of bellows will either burn your clothes or you will get a bad smell from him.
”

(Hadith in Sahih Al-Bukhari)

Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said:

“This religion is easy.

No one becomes harsh and strict in the religion without it overwhelming him.

So fulfill your duties as best you can and rejoice.

Rely upon the efforts of the morning and the evening and a little at night and you will reach your goal. ”

(Hadith in Sahih Al-Bukhari)

Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said:

“Facilitate things to people (concerning religious matters), and do not make it hard for them and give them good tidings and do not make them run away (from Islam).”

Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said:

“Your example and the example of the people of the two Scriptures (i.e. Jews and Christians) is like the example of a man who employed some laborers and asked them, ‘Who will work for me from morning till midday for one Qirat

The Jews accepted and carried out the work.

He then asked, Who will work for me from midday up to the `Asr prayer for one Qirat

The Christians accepted and fulfilled the work.

He then said, ‘Who will work for me from the `Asr till sunset for two Qirats?’

You, Muslims, have accepted the offer.

The Jews and the Christians got angry and said, ‘Why should we work more and get lesser wages?’

(Allah) said, ‘Have I with-held part of your right?’

They replied in the negative.

He said, ‘It is My Blessing, I bestow upon whomever I wish.’”

Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said:

"When the first night of Ramadan comes, the gates of heavens are open and not a single gate is closed, and the gates of the hell are closed not a single gate is open.

The devils are chained.

A caller will call, ‘O you who want to do good, come forth; O you who want to do evil stop.’

And Allah sets people free from hell every single night. "

(Hadith in Sahih Al-Bukhari)

Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said:

"The Hour will not be established until the son of Mary (i.e. Jesus) descends amongst you as a just ruler, he will break the cross, kill the pigs, and abolish the Jizya tax.

Money will be in abundance so that nobody will accept it (as charitable gifts)."

Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said:

“The supplication of a slave continues to be granted as long as he does not supplicate for a sinful thing or for something that would cut off the ties of kinship and he does not grow impatient."

It was said: "O Messenger of Allah! What does growing impatient mean?"

He (peace be upon him) said,

"It is one's saying: 'I supplicated again and again but I do not think that my prayer will be answered.'

Then he becomes frustrated (in such circumstances) and gives up supplication altogether.”

(Hadith in Sahih Muslim)

Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said:

“Seven are (the persons) whom Allah will give protection with His Shade* on the Day when there will be no shade except His Shade (i.e., on the Day of Resurrection), and they are:

A just ruler; a youth who grew up with the worship of Allah; a person whose heart is attached to the mosque; two persons who love and meet each other and depart from each other for the sake of Allah; a man whom a beautiful and high ranking woman seduces (for illicit relation), but he (rejects this offer by saying): ‘I fear Allah’; a person who gives a charity and conceals it (to such an extent) that the left hand might not know what the right has given; and a person who remembers Allah in solitude and his eyes well up.”

(Hadith in Sahih Al-Bukhari & Sahih Muslim)
